Could mysterious 'alien spacecraft' be nothing more than cosmic dust?

I took this picture during my travels and posted on FB, almost instantly, people began commenting about the UFO above the tail end of the plane. While it looks like an object up in the sky, the truth is that it was a light reflected on the glass between I and the plane. My point is that sometimes we see things that are not there, and often people take advantage of the situation. This is not to say, that I don’t believe in life beyond our planet. In a Universe that expands beyond our wildest calculations, there has to be other forms of life and beings similar to us.
