Old Joe Stalin should be co-equal to, or perhaps above, Hitler as the most evil man ever. The Ukrainian Holodomor is just one example of his "any means" are justified by the ends philosophy. He killed millions by starvation, intentionally. Are we hearing "by any means!" again today, from the mob?
