How does it compare with the former misogynist in chief while Hillary was concerned by the vast right wing conspiracy. Even now, Billy boy has taken trips where sex with minors is prevalent. Yeah, let's go with unsubstantiated reports on Trump.

MCPO Roger Collins - Truth be told about our criminal justice system . . . few people are ever satisfied with the outcome . . . victims were in past severely traumatized by invasive inquiry into their own morals, behavior, and potential contributions to an assault. After reviewing court papers in this case, it would appear given the plea deal the victim was never put through this additional trauma . . . and legal outcome was consistent wth legal ethics, standards, and practices of the time and place of trial. I am sorry any victim ever suffered through what has often been characterized as reliving the original assault in public in court . . . which was typical at the time and place of this unfortunate incident. Legal ethics, standards, and practices changed so victims are better protected. Warmest Regards, Sandy

MCPO Roger Collins - The story of the assault and criminal case are heart rending . . . but the outcome . . . largely determined by prosecutorial failure to maintain chain of custody of the DNA evidence . . . not by Hillary's argumentative skill . . . forced the prosecution to rely solely on witness testimony . . . and judge to make his decision based on the record to date and mutual recommendation of the prosecution and defense attorneys. The laughter could easily be personal discomfort about what happened . . . perhaps some other cause . . . it does not appear to be gloating about manipulation. I fault the prosecutors investigators for destruction of chain of evidence for failure in this case. Regrettably, whether Hillary or any other defense counselor was involved in this case . . . the plea deal outcome was inevitable. Warmest Regards, Sandy

1LT Sandy Annala - So now that even Salon is admitting this NYT post is a bald face lie as multiple women it cited have come out and said their statements were misrepresented or taken out of context, are you going to withdraw your posting of it?

1LT Sandy Annala - Slick Willy was so charming that he tried to bite the lip off of one of his victims. His list of exploits goes back to 1969 when he was in college. I don't condone the actions of either one, but for the crusader for women's rights to cover for a serial rapist is just madness. Defending a child rapist and getting him off shows lots of care for women's rights. The use of intimidation has always been the Clintons forté.

It appears that Ms. Brewer Lane has already refuted the New York Times piece. The NY Times then says it stands by its article when the original source DISCREDITS the article. "It doesn't matter what the source says. She's wrong and we're right" The NY Times reported on Mr. Trump's private conduct with women, a potentially legitimate issue, and painted it with hyperbole. The Times has tainted its own credibility. It has also tainted the credibility of other potentially legitimate inquiries into Mr. Trump's private conduct with women.

Well done NY Times. No wonder the overall reputation of journalists swims in the same cesspool as the overall reputation of politicians.

Maj John Bell - There were over fifty interviews with substantially similar stories. The easiest way to undermine NYT's story is to buy off the featured witness . . . which is well within Citizen Donald's means. I personally expect no less from him.

1LT Sandy Annala - I am not giving voice to my opinion one way or another on Mr. Trump. I do believe that this is still a VERY legitimate line of inquiry on Mr. Trump.

But Ms. Brewer Lane is a primary witness, not suspected of wrong-doing, and the primary source of the article. You are a biased commentator that was not present, with an allegation based on possibility, and not evidence. If it were a murder investigation with no-names as the players, who should the police believe?

The failure here is the NY Times editor and the reporter. Their continued employment is also a legitimate line of inquiry.

1LT Sandy Annala - So your response is that witnesses were bought off. Thats an interesting allegation of criminal activity, do you have proof?
