Again I don't get it..if an individual came here illegally, they broke the law. What rights do they have other than prosecution or deportation..

I'm with you on illegals here. They need to at least go through the process. Some of that may be financial due to high costs of application etc. That should be at top of list for anyone that comes over though and finding people that have been here for years and never applied for citizenship???? doesn't wash with me. Legal process should take precedence over almost everything. I know they are living on low wages but if they can afford nice to haves they can afford need to haves. A system that allows them to avoid the process just makes the problem worse. Filing the papers should be one of the first things they do after getting a place to stay and a job, but as long as they can get away with it they will try to. These EO's mostly apply to new folks coming in I believe.

Capt. Gregory Prickett, yes I was directing my question to you. As I understand it, that's the reason for GITMO rendition. Once on Usa soil, the Constitutional rights are available to them.
