Guilt by association. That's a tough one. I suppose that makes me guilty. My father was an American Nazi sympathizer, but so was Charles Lindbergh and Joe Kennedy (JFK's father). Does that make me a Nazi? And saying that someone who is a traitor should be strung up from the hanging tree isn't quite the same as saying "...like they used to do with blacks" (I think some editorial license was taken there, don't you?). The sad truth is that none of this would have been printed/claimed if Trump hadn't entered the political arena and threatened our presumptive Democratic contender, Hillary. It's the very reason I never entered the political arena and why many good people don't. Who would want to subject themselves and their families to such vilification?

To be fair, Donald Trumphas a history of saying racist stuff. So any association with racist people will only magnify rightful criticism of his bigoted views. When you are running to be the president of the greatest country on earth, your whole life should be scrutinized, like the clintons, Bushes, Obamas, or all the previous presidents. As far as I am concerned, Donald Trump is having it easy. No presidential candidates would survive a primary if they had said a fraction of the racist and ignorant things Donald Trump had.

I see what you mean, but this is something that goes a bit farther. It's not new rants, not something copied and pasted, but his own personal beliefs. Sure we can think some liberties were taken in this, but wouldn't you agree that he probably means what was said? Rev Wright was giving Obama hell over his sermons, and mass media was all over it. Now after listening to one sermon, I realized dude was mentally on Pluto while his body was here. Obama caught hell over what his Pastor was spewing. and got away from him. Wright really went off the deep end after that. I would like to think otherwise in regards to how this came out, hoping that someone would've just so happened to "find" this online like others who have been outed. JFK caught hell over his being Catholic. But this man, not Trump is seriously lost. Trump was smart announcing that the views given by him represented the butlers, NOT his nor his campaigns views. In all honesty, that butler is probably one of five people on either side of the line telling the truth as they see it. Trump has a not very good repor with minorities over the decades being he has been hauled into court a few times over his choice on renters, and amounts paid by race.

I was watching this show on netflix. Rascists in the South hanged a few black men who came back proud from serving in World War I. One was murdered for refusing to take off his uniform. The Americans did not want them to fight with American Officers so the French put in their officers. The French were not rascist and and I read years ago that the first American black pilot flew in the French Air Force in WW1 25 years before Tuskeegee.

Aside from USA using black soldiers, the French used soldiers from North and Central Africa, Vietnam and China and the British using troops from India, Pakistan and Egypt. White Officers were assigned to these Colonial troops.

Watch this on netflix http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3967920/
