Cyber Cold War:The Hunt for Cyber Talent

All they have to do is hire the ones that have hacked the Government computers.

The problem I see is that you have people that can do the job but not only are they not willing to pay them, but if they are in the military already then they don't get put where they need to be. I have seen many a good cyber security personnel end up in COMSEC and/or as a overqualified 25B.

They could hire computer geeks that are well versed in the world of computers, offer the ma salary that can't be beat. That way they don't turn around and want to hack the system.
