He has very little incentive to stop his nuclear program. There is very little more we can do to him short of military options and he likely knows the only real detterence against us is having a nuclear capability. Why would he stop at this point?

I myself am worried. Kim knows and abhors the sanctions placed upon his country. China has been his only relief. Nuclear capability is his only bargaining chip and he knows it. He thinks Washington will bow to him and release the sanctions once he reaches his goal. I don't think he is out to start a war, but he is dealing with Trump and Mattis. Only God knows what is going to happen.
