I don't doubt that, but it seems easier to scam people into buying malware that doesn't work. Should be less risk also, it would be difficult to explain the theft.

In in that community your reputation is everything, keep in mind the guy that burned manning used to be well respected within the BlackHat community but his ethical values were different and as such only has so many connections left.

I am guessing that if you dug you could probably find this tool on a free site as well. Beware of the dark alleys you will have to traverse to get there...
