It looks more like an attempt to get suckers to send $5,000 to the hackers while providing the buyer nothing but a decreased bank account. I really don't believe this is a sale of working software/malware.

I don't doubt that, but it seems easier to scam people into buying malware that doesn't work. Should be less risk also, it would be difficult to explain the theft.

MSG Mark Million - Yes, but then again I think a lot of the people buying it could just as easily track down and destroy that person who is selling it. Virtually that is. In in that community your reputation is everything, keep in mind the guy that burned manning used to be well respected within the BlackHat community but his ethical values were different and as such only has so many connections left.

MSG Mark Million - You have heard about the NSA cyber tools that were hacked and posted on the "dark web" Some sites offer the tools for free other sites sell the tools. I am guessing that if you dug you could probably find this tool on a free site as well. Beware of the dark alleys you will have to traverse to get there...
