The coercion is a product of the relationship whether or not stated or recognized. The boss as has real power to affect the condition and future employment of the subordinate. This is EXACTLY why the military forbids a relationship between members in which there is a subordinate - superior relationship.

CW5 Edward "Tate" Jones Jr. - Whoa dude. Consensual relationships between workers regardless of boss-subordinate relationship is not abuse. It's inappropriate relationship that violated office/workplace policies but it's not criminal conduct. There was no coercion; the woman made that very clear it was a two way relationship.
Oh and yeah fraternization exists to maintain good order and discipline when giving orders to subordinates that could have life and death implications. Civilian workplace policies are clearly different and not automatically criminal when...ding ding ding...concensual.

Never said it was criminal but did indicate that in the military it is considered misconduct and punishable under the UCMJ.

Since when consensual sexual activities between coworkers suddenly criminal misconduct? Inappropriate behavior and relationship in the workplace? Depends on their policies. Seriously Fox News Conservatives, if only they understood the sexual misconduct that happened at Fox News (Ailes, O'Reilly, etc.) was not consensual.
