Me, I always loved kid cream cheese on rock salt bagels, scraping off the excess salt later on, as it often proved to be too much, though I loved the combo of the flavors...I'm also find of scallion onion cream cheese on cinnamon raisin bagels, however weird the combination might initially sound...and yeah, my wife and that one sister in law really did manage to convert to being a turnip afficianado eventually....
