Do you think the members of the Veterans Affairs Department will be talking about programs and benefits that will be helpful to the Military community as a whole?
Officials from the Veterans Affairs Department will be before Congress this week to talk about how much money they want and how they’ll spend those tax dollars. The issues talked about and requests made at this meeting will be something to be on the lookout for.
Issues concerning the security threats of the Middle East and Afghanistan will also be addressed this week by James Clapper (Director of National Intelligence) with the Senate Armed Services Committee.

I expect they will have empathy from many in Congress but not sure how the lame duck administration will respond.
