Delays in Diagnosis and Treatment and Concerns of Medical Management and Transfer of Patients at...

It's been many years since I've even seen the Fayetteville VA facility on Ramsey St. As to quality of care there and other facilities, I've run into employees that were only there for the job. By this I mean the care giver or technician was very unprofessional or even combative, and were hiding behind the VA ID badge. Twice I've tried to go to the patient rep in the front office only to find the office closed. No one to take a complaint or act upon it. Even when I've gone back on different days specifically to speak to the Rep. People like that need to be removed.
