Democratic congressman: Force gun owners to get rid of assault weapons

I always wondered what the trigger point would before ppl decide to take action.The constitutional Citizen Patriots aren't organized. Have no chain of command and no logistics except for the few preppers out there who are survivalist. So it's not likely they will be wanting to share any of there supplies. How would we proceed? And just asking these question here put's me on someone list. So they know who we are. And we don't know who they are. This put's us in the rock in a hard spot situation! Besides being an older vet. the mind is willing but the body can't perform as once it did. Then there's the fact what do you do with your family or what do they do without you? Would the Government block you SSI funds and stop your retirement check. It's not like ppl can live off the land like they did during the Civil War.

SPC Les Darbison - I think if you look at the way the left organizes protests, marches and the like, you will see a social media model that can work to organize around any sort of effort. It would not take a lot to swamp the civilian authorities (police/federal LEO's etc). A move by the left would need the military to be ordered out. I don't see that happening or that order being followed by commanders across the board.

There are something like 10 million veterans and many millions more hunters and gun collectors/shooters/enthusiasts etc. you can imagine the impact a few hundred thousand showing up in larger cities with their rifles and pistols strapped to them saying, no thanks on gun confiscation.
