I am sorry... while military service is certainly a check in the plus column when choosing a candidate, it does not overcome issue positions with which I disagree. There are any number of veterans and service members on RP whose military career benefited the US far more than my career. That doesn't mean I think they would do a a satisfactory, let alone good job representing me in office.
