Democrats ‘freaked out’ about polls in meeting with Clinton

Nervous Senate Democrats raised concerns with Hillary Clinton during a private meeting in the Capitol Thursday over a recent poll showing Donald Trump leading or tied in key battleground states.
"Some people were freaked out, they were looking down at the polls on Real Clear Politics and asking why it was so close," said a Democratic senator who attended the meeting, referring to a website lawmakers were checking out on their personal devices.
Clinton's response?
"She said there are other issues. People are unhappy and they don't trust institutions," the senator explained.
A second Democratic source in the meeting confirmed there was "a mention of the Florida poll."
A Quinnipiac University poll released this week showed Trump up 42 percent to 39 percent in Florida, a crucial swing state. Clinton had an eight-point lead in Quinnipiac's poll of the state last month.

Little old ladies who can't fathom e-mail shouldn't be running for president any way. Clinton is a horrid person and bad candidate. Ronald MacDonald could beat her.

And yet we still see some people from the left, including veterans and members on active duty on this website, fawning over her every lie. It's sickening to believe that anyone who served or serves would even consider her.

Cpl (Join to see) - She runs away from the Press, and has held zero press conferences in 2016 answering any questions put to her. She and her handlers seem to think you can become president this way, but she looks like a frightened mouse to me running from the press. Trump takes on all comers, even though he often shoots first and aims second, at least he has the courage to scrap with anyone. The only time she looks confident is before a teleprompter reading some boring canned speech someone prepared for her. Her greatest fear, "going off script." I will never vote for someone like this. This is the person that is supposed to stand up to a ruthless killer like Russian Dictator Vladimir Putin? She is no Margaret Thatcher. Plus her and Bill cashed in on their public service like no one in history making more than 160 Million since 2000 mostly in giving speeches and making paid appearances with pre-screened questions.

I don't get too amped about polls, either way. I think they are prone to be inaccurate and without knowing the exact questions asked, when they were asked and who participate in the poll you can be seriously manipulated. How many times have we seen polls that were wrong and not just one poll.
Having said all of that. The Dems should be worried about Hillary. She is a proven liar and scoundrel. She avoids the press so she doesn't have to answer any tough questions. She is an accident waiting to happen. Hopefully she does not happen to us again. A Senator and the Sec of State were way more than enough.
