While these words hold their truths, this stems much further than just the African American community. The propaganda we all face, specifically those targeted to our individual communities is to blame, this causes us to believe we are supposed to live and dream a certain way. Building that Great divide we see today. The fact that we have a biased media coverage highlighting issues that will garnish their number of views as opposed to the honest truth doesn’t aid in our quest for unity either. As long as there exists a (insert noun) person, place or thing, willing to exploit someone to improve their happiness at the expense of another. This indivisible nation we fight for, will never see that word hold true
