I suspect that the only ones intimidated by the forensic audits of the 2020 vote are those in jeopardy of losing their elected positions. If not, why aren't we all supporting attempts to insure the integrity of our votes?

And here, I always thought the Constitution gave the management of Voting to the States.

It does, but this is a power grab by the left and if they get their way, they will federalize elections.
