I had the privilege of working with the IDF during my military service. You would not believe how carefully the IDF plans and executes its operations to avoid civilian casualties. I was astonished when I saw their precautions. On the other hand, virtually every time the Palestinians get their hands on an Israeli civilian or soldier, they callously murder their Israeli captive and then act as if they are heroic. This "revelation" from the noted terrorist supporter Sami al Arian is no great surprise. The Palestinian terror groups keep siting their rocket launchers and mortars next to schools, hospitals and other sensitive facilities, then they accuse the Israelis of war crimes when they take out the terrorist weapons. The only thing that surprises me about any of this is that we allow active terrorist supporters like the members of the Occasionally Active Cortex (AOC) "Squad" to be elected to our House of Representatives. To my mind they should be deported or put into jail for supporting terrorists.
