Very cool, looks like a great training. Back in my LE career, we had a range master (Larry Nichols) who was well known in the gun world. He was a crazy son of a gun who used to torture us with similar type shoots all the time. At the time it was a pain. But I later appreciated all the great training, especially when the bullets were flying for real.

SMSgt Thor Merich Since training with live rounds coming back at you would be ill advised (to say the least) doing something like this that gets the heart rate up, puts the stress of the clock (I know not the same as being shot at), and the crunch of trying to be fast and accurate on a person seems to me to be a great way to train for firing when life is on the line. Anyone can learn to shoot a target at ten yards in a controlled environment, being able to hit under fire is something else.
