These type of camps were also used by the North Vietnamese once they took over all of Vietnam, they called them Reeducation Camps. Many people din't survive those camps, they weren't about job training but indoctrination to the Communist way of doing things and force feeding that information. The phrase Human rights has no application in a Communist country. You comply or You die !
