Did a stimulant known as 'the drug of jihad' fuel Hamas terror on Oct. 7?

Does it matter if drugs fueled their actions? We already know they get their suicide bombers drugged up in order for them to carry out those acts. But doesn't it just figure that the supposed religious followers of Islam use things their religion forbids. And their imams don't care.
