Thanks MAJ (Join to see) as Artie Johnson used to say on Laugh In "Verrry Interestsing". I wasn't surprised that some of the last holdouts were from the 11th SS Panzer-Battalion “Hermann von Salza.” I am not surprised that the French SS memnbers who realized they would be executed on the spot by French, USSR or virtually anybody else decided to fight to the finish and be the "last defenders of Hitler’s bunker, the French Charlemagne units remained until 2 May and prevented the Soviets from conquering it on May Day."
