Head transplant?! Much too far. We've been steadily creeping more and more into God's territory, with our overloaded sense of entitlement and wisdom. Personally, I want to go when it's my time, without any fantastically absurd life changing measures. If I'm so far gone that I would need a head transplant, let me go. How disconcerting would it be to survive something horrific and face a stranger in the mirror, having to rebuild a new life with new memories and routines, to have your entire life just wiped clean? No thank you. We can talk more about extreme measures when Big Pharm decides to stop covering up the cure for cancer. Prove to the world that LIFE matters more than money and clout first. And find a way to overcome the disaster created from circumventing fate's form of natural selection by essentially extending life indefinitely since we have a nasty parasitic habit of burning up our resources as tho it will always be here.
