DoD eyes a change to GI Bill transferability

Clear as mud, but informative, thank you.

I retired in 2009 and don't qualify for transferability. I have a daughter in college and would love to help her using the GI bill but alas. We did set up a college fund for her but college is damn expensive these days and we are having to supplement her tuition and expenses. Have to wait and see how this plays out. I hope veterans don't lose even more benefits. Thanks for the info Col Williams.
