They could solve this with the stroke of a pen, but instead will make those Soldiers jump through hoops.

I hope the Soldiers who bankrupted themselves or ran themselves into the ground financially to repay this will finally be taken care of. It sounds like many of them may be subject to reimbursement, but does that apply to everyone? I hope so
