DOJ: Poor People Can't Be Jailed If They Can't Afford Bail

Man, how big is that crack pipe the DOJ is smoking? Has to be HUGE!!!!

WTF

I guess that settles it then. Poor folks can commit all the crime they want against society and be completely impervious to arrest or conviction since they cannot afford bail. Isn't that why we have bail bondsman? I know you need some assets to get the bail money but you better think about the cause and effect before committing the crime.

We live in a society where no one wants accountability for their actions. Not the government of the criminals (where you can distinguish the two).
