DOJ threatens to sue Harvard over race-based admission practices

The Civil Rights Division of the DOJ sent a letter dated Nov. 17 to Harvard’s lawyers that it was investigating whether the school violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that prohibits discrimination based on race, color and national origin for organizations that get federal funding.

Thanks for letting us know PO3 (Join to see) that the Department of Justice is threatening to take Harvard University to court over its race-based admissions which are in violation of the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

I'm thinking it might be because kids of Asian ancestry were denied entry to Harvard in favor of people who were not qualified.
