Donald Trump Impeached By House of Representatives

They are stalling because they know that after all their worthless accusations to impeach him as soon as it goes to the Senate it's all over for them. They are preaching to the converted and they have to milk that for as long as they can before it is thrown out.

They are not stalling. The evidence for conviction is terrible. They know history and how the Republicans took a massive political hit after their goat show of an impeachment move against Clinton. Pelosi knows they are already taking a political hit on this one and if she files the articles, he will escape prosecution easily and the presidential election will belong to him and they may even lose the majority in the house. I think they are playing on the ignorance of the common citizen that impeachment = removal and that a vote in the house = impeachment. They want to spin a narrative during election season that Trump is impeached, even though the House’s own legal advisors say he is not until the articles are submitted. Jurisprudence is quite clear on this point but to the Trump haters, he is impeached and Pelosi is smart enough to know they can possibly make a strategy out of this very small victory.
