IMO what this really shows is how one is forced to deal with the underworld in democrat controlled areas like NYC.

It always sounds more accurate/serious when the reporter has an English accent doesn't it? The BBC is what state controlled/funded media looks like. I can assure you that anyone that did any sort of big business in NY/NJ back in the day had some sort of indirect contract with the mob. They controlled a number of industries in the area. Another story with a lot of innuendo's and what ifs.
