If you read the article you will see that it gives no calculation or reasoning to suggest 43000 lives will be saved. Anyone who thinks that tens of thousands of people were ready to donate kidneys but didnt because they would lise some wages is kidding themselves. The eo is a nice change but hardly the news this headline makes it out to be.
