Donald Trump suggests he may pardon Jack Johnson because — c'mon, you know why

There is nothing wrong with him pardoning him. To me it's who he pardons and when. When he pardoned Joe, he admitted it was for "ratings". So that would seem disingenuous and self serving. His last pardon seemed weird to me being the man was already out of jail, and doing fine. What he did was horrendous, but ohh well. This one could easily be writing a serious wrong, but going off the track record and the timing of his past two, it could be seen as "media manipulation" and Jack is the catalyst.
