This trooper was totally wasted. It's bad enough escaping the police, and stealing an ambulance, but he even took the cops shotgun and fired it.

Somewhere at Ft. Hood, there is a very exhausted command team grinding their teeth but silently suppressing a laugh. Imagine if the young trooper used his powers for good?

I always said if your going to get in trouble go big. Don't go half way only to regret later. Go big and own your jacked up stupidity.
With that said. Yes he's screwed. And you know his entire chain of command 06 on down went to see the III Corps Commander. Now the unit will have new power points on how to not be like (Carl) here. That's not his name but still funny though.
