I prefer the classic workout routines, Sgt Wayne Wood the 12oz Heineken bicep curl I see others do. Their arms are huge!

Yup... rebuilt elbow & shoulder, bad knees, a back that sounds like bubblewrap popping... i’m surprised crossfit trainers aren’t lined up to use me as a spokesmodel...
