Earth’s population may start to fall from 2040. Does it matter?

Given this, I think we should spend $5 Trillion on Climate Change because if we don't all life will cease to exist in 10 years (ha-ha). I am just scratching my head now trying to figure out what species on the face of the Earth is going to be contributing to increasing emissions beyond 2040 because by my math..............shouldn't we see a natural decline in emissions beyond 2040 without spending a dime of taxpayer money?

It's hard to have it both ways, right? If climate change will be reducing the human population, and humans are the cause of climate change, then...voila! Problem is solving itself. Now I'm moving on to ignore the alarmists.

Yeah notice that if you use the UN projections the population of the Earth keeps increasing and never declines. Now I am not a statistician but it amazes me that at the UN nobody questions that projection. Someone has to see fallacy in that since technological and economic changes also impact birth rates.
