Thanks for sharing COL Mikel J. Burroughs I hope it sis still trues that science, technology, engineering and mathematics are taught to children. More important that studying to pass a test is learning techniques and thought processes like logic and reason to solve problems and deal with real world situations like soldiers do every day.

I have volunteered at 2 STEM events here in El Paso, TX. I believe it's important to push STEM rather than focus on testing. Great to see this unit being involved in STEM activities, many more units should continue this positive and influential trend.
