Educators learn the ropes at Marine Corps boot camp

That must have been quite an education for the educators. I'm sure for many that was the first taste of anything Military they had ever had. I would be interesting to hear more of what their impressions were and what they actually learned from the experience.

I loath this term...learn the ropes. Implies today is the same as yesterday. It implies that it is easy and you just hang around until you get it. Educators learn that military initial entry training is taxing, mentally, physically, and intellectually...and above all, dynamic.
