Elevated levels of lead found in child’s blood at Wyoming Air Force base

The old “brick” housing is all contaminated with lead (paint, plumbing), asbestos (floor tiles, heating systems) and other nasty things that were okay back when they were first built. While assigned there, an edict came down from somewhere in the food chain that no small children (teething age) were allowed to inhabit the “bricks” until remediation efforts were successful. Looks to me like their efforts failed.
