This one also rarely if ever gets !mentioned from the Union side holding Confederates, I've always gathered it was pretty vade, also, I saw a documentary on in once, I'm fairly certain, on history or mil channel, enjoy....

I don't recall anything on the History channel so I am thiinking the Military Channel. What I saw on it was short mention in passing. Interesting article Captain.

Capt Daniel Goodman - I also think when I did COT my flight commander had us watch something on the camps for both sides. The romance of the Civil War and the stories told leave these places and lives outside the norm. Horrible conditions and just always disheartening to think humans can treat humans this way.
