Embattled Fort Lauderdale cop has history of force against blacks

We can only hope that this is included in police reform PO1 William "Chip" Nagel, getting rid of bad cops needs to be made easier.

Any cop other that has drawn his gun 51 times in 4 years is running scared and needs to find another line of work. It is just a matter of time before he kills someone. The department should have gotten rid of him long ago.
