Future ideas - - Readiness (#1 priority), Book Recommendations/Discussions, Leadership Philosophy, Transformational Leadership, Mentorship, Health and Wellness, Fitness, Family, Volunteerism, Resiliency, Suicidal Ideations and Suicide Prevention/Intervention (ASIST is the best training), Abusive Conduct (Workplace Violence, Online Misconduct, Workplace Bullying, Mobbing, Trolling/Flaming), SHARP/VA, EO/EOL/EOA, Ethics, Team Building, and I have a whole lot more!

I am getting ready to do some videos along the same line. It is a great way to communicate with the Millenials and Digital Generation coming up! I would get Readiness in the queue ASAP, since it is GEN Milley's #1 priority.

SGT D good music choice it grabs your attention right away. I liked you put the BLUF in right away. Good strategy to go over your History, too. Remember God does not always call the qualifed, but He qualifies the called. Keep going forward - good job! CSM B

Tried to open it at work but network wouldn't allow. I'll check it out at home. This is a good idea though with todays technology you can be able to reach a lot of Soldiers.

I agree. And I have learned so much in my short 4-5 months as AGR. There are so many resources out there that soldiers don't realize.
