I agree with SGT Keith Bodine in that there needs to be some punishment not just falling back on the protections of the @d Amendment. Send these jackasses to jail for a period of time to teach them a lesson. Also, a jail sentence damages them for life - there in lies the lesson; one they can carry with them for the rest of their life.
