CPT Adam P. - No the FBI director said there was plenty of evidence that the law was broken just no clear intent to brake the law, (note: for us regular people no one cares what our intentions) and that no prosecutor would take the case. This is much different then how you portray the facts.

LCDR (Join to see) - If there was evidence, she would have been charged. The only reason a prosecutor would not bring any case to court is if there is not enough evidence to prove what they claim. Again, its not about what you think you know, its about what you can prove!

CPT Adam P. - Page 20 and the paragraphs around there clearly outline evidence of a violation of law

LCDR (Join to see) - Apparently it is not because she has not been charged with a violation of any law.

Do you know how many high-ranking Military officers use their position to influence Defense Acquisitions?

Do you know how many Congresspeople use their positions to personally gain money and power?

Is any of it right? Nope. But if you single one out, you have to call them ALL out, or risk looking like the partisan hack you are for singling only ONE wrongdoer out. Getting rid of every person in government who uses/used their position for gain (monetary, power, prestige, etc.) you would have no one left.

How about the Clinton Foundation? They've been using their positions within the government ever since Bill won election. Then Hillary as a Senator. Then Hillary as Secretary of State. Then Hillary as presidential hopeful.

LTC David Brown - I'm talking Executive orders. If you want to use all executive actions, fine. But how is that unethical? Some of the orders are mundane stuff like giving federal employees a day off after Christmas. Every President has the power to do any executive actions as long are they are not unconstitutional actions. Again there have been more questionable actions in the last month by POTUS 45 than 8 years under President Obama.

CPT Adam P. - "Questionable" like when a child doesn't like to be told to go to bed? "Questionable" like when a new Soldier doesn't think he needs to sweep the floor, or do something he doesn't feel like doing?

Questionable as in "It looks like its wrong." Everyone that has been in the military knows that perception is reality. With Conway and Flynn, I know they have done something illegal, but the other stuff is questionable. For example, Flynn was a general. I don't believe for one minute that he did anything on his own without the approval or by the direction of POTUS. And then knowing that the acting AG was fired shortly after she told the POTUS that Flynn should not be trusted is questionable. Many people are saying that Flynn was dismissed because he lied to the VP. Well, what difference does it make if he lies to the VP when the POTUS already knew the situation? That is questionable. Conway, on the other hand, lies all the time about everything. I don't believe a word see says.
