Where's the beef? Evan isn't going to sway many voters with a skinny platform. I suspect that it would take many millions to build and sell one, maybe billions in the time remaining. And is he qualified on any state ballots?

To answer some of your questions, yes, he's on the ballot in about a dozen states already, with more on the way. He's also going to be a write-in candidate in many other states. Nearly every American will have a way to vote for Evan McMullin come election day. The "beef" is, he's not part of the unholy alliance between rich Wall Street and the politicians, nor is he an inveterate liar. He's young, he's served his country in a way that neither Hillary nor Trump can even fathom, and he's appealing to a broad segment of voters who otherwise wasn't even planning to show up at the polls, even though they outnumber both Trump and Hillary supports almost 2 to 1. His platform isn't "skinny" as you say. We have a restrictive format on Cigars and Sea Stories. There is only so much time on the podcast before we have to shut it down. Our focus is on actual stories, not his "platform". Evan has outlined his platform in detail in other venues, but we chose not to stick to that topic here, because we wanted Americans to have a chance to get to know him better as a person. If you want to know his platform, I'd suggest looking him up at http://www.evanmcmullin.com.
It’s never too late to do the right thing. And if we work together, there’s nothing we can’t achieve.
