This is interesting, but the title on that youtube video and your post is problematic at best so I will not watch it. Besides, my actual friends actually worked in the actual special effects department on Wandavision (and The Mandalorian too) and quite frankly if you think the themes are not deep it's simply because the content was not made for your generation it was made mainly for mine and the current still being born generation.

Jacob Hollander - The presenter specifically censors some words in the video to assure it would bypass the censorious YouTube AI so as not to hit the tripwire that would get it banned. But you would know this had you had even watched the first few minutes of the video. but ignorance is bliss.

So Age of Ultron? Not exactly criminal in the real sense of the word, but yes underrated. Also a lot of the film did not make the cut and that's why Joss Whedon moved on. Am watching the video now, it's good, I mainly find what it is talking about more or less in line with what I think about the series so far, but I have not completed watching the video...

Are you a fan of Joss Whedon? I am as well if so, still am either way. I was a little crushed when Angel become so good in season 5 and then they never followed it up. Firefly...oof the movie softened the blow for sure tho.

PO1 (Join to see) - That makes a lot of sense! I wasn't judging the content of the video I was simply talking about the title had we gotten to this point sooner I would have just pushed play! Sorry I am just the way I am, I try to be respectful at all times so I avoided saying anything personal about you because I did not have anything personally offensive to say to you.

That being said, the Turing test is a test to see if human beings are intelligent enough to recognize when they are interacting with a computer not a test to see if a computer is intelligent. They are what Alan Turing called "unthinking machines" not an actual conscious being or any kind of intelligence as a biologist would refer to.

These sort of topics occupy my thoughts very frequently. I am personally not a believer in the possibility of our future AI overlords like any new technology it's characteristics are defined by it's users.

However that being said I would argue that "AI" is just marketing. We are nowhere remotely close to creating an intelligent machine. Like think of how your personal computer works, RAM and your CPU and HDD etc are entirely separate units...well in the human brain essentially they are all one and the same. Which means that we are not even sure if there are limitations to the human experience real or imaginative.
