Parades aren't the end all to evaluate military equipment and readiness. The Norks love pomp and ceremony. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they had massive stockpiles of everything from mock up missiles and Tanks stripped of all firing capabililty to boxes of highly shined boots and pressed out uniforms.
EVERY military has "dog and pony" shows, The Norks, like other Commie countries, take it to the extreme. That doesn't mean they don't have functional gear and soldiers able to take care of and deploy it.
The Norks aren't just going to roll over and play dead if we monkey stomp them and blast their so called "high-tech" weaponry.
There will still be millions of them dug into the hills and hiding clutching onto AK74 knock offs and fighting to the death/ Its going to be up the the South Korean Military and our Soldiers and Marines to root them out.
Its not going to be like Iraq or Afghanistan. In my opinion it could make the first Korean War look like a Cakewalk. There is NO opposition to the communists in North Korea. When iot comes down to it we will be fighting a heavily indoctrinated enemy who loves their country and will fight to the death to defend it.
