I can understand how his defense is plausible. While it may have been inappropriate to someone from a different environment, I have seen plenty of areas where that would pass as reasonable flirting from either sex.

Sure I agree that it doesn't belong in the military and sure SHARP class should have outlined what appropriate was to him before this happened. But maybe he's only been in for 2 years and missed every class due to appointments for shin splits.

It is our system and you can challenge anything as it should be but reading the article, Rarely does the Supreme Court insert itself into Military Matters. I suspect they will not hear it.
