He's not wrong though. Ratings, TV deals, Sponsorships, ad revenue, fans, etc all generate money for players salary. If they 4 year "boycott" was having an effect on the NFL, they wouldn't be making more money.

Further, Name one thing a Black American cannot do in our society that White Americans can? They are doctors, surgeons, lawyers, politicians, business owners, entrepenours, venture capitalists, musicians, athletes, film stars, Soldiers, firemen, police officer, EMT, judges, financiers, bankers, professors, teachers, social workers - no aspect of our society is barred to them, nor is it barred to any other racial demographic. And I will hammer this point again, if White Americans were racists, then why are first and second generation African immigrants more successful then national Black Americans? One would think if they were racist, then those immigrants would be discriminated against as well, but it's not the case.
