My wife is Navajo. We spent part of every year on the reservation. She has many family members that do not yet have electricity or running water, so the Internet is way down on their list.

MSG Stan Hutchison In a lot of instances intenet is putting the cart before the horse. Basic infrastructure needs like power and water definitely should be the first priorities. From what I have seen, roads are also something that should be prioritized. There should not be third world conditions in the United States for anyone, yet the reservations seem to have a lot of it.
