while offloading equipment, 1SG rides up on his bicycle, I asked him "want to join us in PT?" he responded with an Absolutley! , when he discovered I was was talking about Work, he disappeared so fast that Einstein's ghost will haunt him forever. - What happened to that line in the PT Test briefing that a PT Test measures your ability to do work, not the other way round.

The Army has it all wrong when it comes to PT or prt or whatever the phrase of the year is. I'm no physician or sports scientist but I know that when I was in the Corps, we did pt 3 times a week...Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We didnt have all these profiles or people on light duty as we called it then. Army's fitness mentality is not effective.

That was one of the poorly thought-out articles I've ever seen. So - people that are out of shape get the most injuries... but getting them in shape will cause injuries... so we can't get them into shape... so...?? What's the answer???
Let's kick all the out of shape folks out, then let those last 4,000 people in the military do all the work, right? Sonova...........
