Yeah. Most people have forgotten that the DOJ imprisoned many people and most have NOT been charged but are in custody (remind you of Dictatorship or Socialism?). These people have NO out. They may not have even violated the law. DOJ needs more time to think of new rules/laws to claim they broke while ignoring Constitution like the Professional Politicians do.

MSG Stan Hutchison - The only "Facts" I have are the statements from Congressional Representatives about how poorly the incarcerated are doing and that some still haven't been charged.

For anyone that thinks I approve of what happened on January 06, 2021, be assured that I do NOT. Some of those idiots were straight up criminals, some were misguided, some were just followers, and some were Government representatives.
No matter. They should be prosecuted but should NOT take this long for TRESPASSING charges. (That's basically what most are being charged with).
I have NEVER condoned breaking the law. That these idiots think they can get way with the same stuff that BLM/ANTIFA did in cities throughout the nation is absurd. (These criminals did not have the backing of the DNC like the others (Summer of Love)).

I wish you could have seen the raw video of the Jan 6 incident that I watched. The vast majority of the demonstrators acted lawfully. Indeed, many attempted to stop those who were attempting to vandalize public property or trespass illegally. Fortunately, these were few among the many. The many I saw paraded around the Capitol building and most who entered were allowed inside by Capitol Police. I watched them move through the Rotunda in orderly and respectful fashion. Those, such as AOC and other Democrats, huddled fearfully for the cameras before quitting the premises for cocktails. (Remember AOC's cringe of horror as she stood next to a chainlink fence that we were told were cages where children were being incarcerated. Fake) The fact is that those who were "apprehended" and detained interminably are being used to influence the political narrative. As the Democrat's fortunes have plummeted this year, the chances of justice have also plummeted.
